Melts. Pours. Behaves.

A massage candle is a candle with an ulterior motive. You light it, it burns like any other and scents the room — and then it becomes warm oil you pour straight onto skin.

Ours melt to a low-temperature botanical oil that's warm, never hot: a candle for the shelf and a massage oil for later, in the same vessel. Light it early so the room's already scented by the time anyone's ready for the second act.

This is the one product in the shop that's honest about wanting more than a nice-smelling room. Melts, pours, behaves — until it doesn't.

Why it's safe on skin

The wax is a low-melt-point natural blend formulated to liquefy at a warm, skin-safe temperature — nothing like the hot wax of an ordinary candle.

Once melted it's a nourishing botanical oil, scented with real plant extracts, that absorbs into skin instead of sitting on top of it.

How to use it

  1. Light it early Let it burn ten to fifteen minutes so a small pool of oil forms and the room takes on the scent before you need it.
  2. Blow out, then test Extinguish the flame and check the oil on your own inner wrist first — it should read warm and comfortable, never hot.
  3. Pour and work it in Drizzle a little onto skin and massage. It absorbs as a botanical oil, leaving scent and softness, not a greasy film.

Frequently asked questions

Is the wax hot when I pour it on skin?
No. Massage candles use a low-melt-point wax that liquefies at a warm, skin-safe temperature. Always extinguish the flame and test the oil on your inner wrist first.
How is this different from a regular candle?
It burns and scents a room like any candle, but the melted wax is a nourishing botanical massage oil made to be poured onto and worked into skin.
Does the oil leave a greasy residue?
It's built to absorb like a body oil, leaving softness and scent rather than a film. A little goes a long way.
Can I use it as a normal candle too?
Absolutely — light it purely for the scent if you like. The massage oil is an option, not an obligation.
Are the ingredients skin-safe?
Yes — natural, vegan wax and botanical extracts chosen to be kind to skin. As with any new product, patch test first if your skin runs sensitive.
